Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique and may vary slightly from images or descriptions. Color variations may occur due to photography lighting, display settings, and the natural characteristics of fabrics. We are not responsible for discrepancies between displayed colors and actual product colors.

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Returns are only accepted for defective items or items that do not match the order specifications due to our error.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14-21 business days after approval. We are not responsible for delays in refund processing by financial institutions.

Items damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging are not eligible for refund. We recommend using insured shipping when returning items.
